CLEANING
Cleaning is often the first step in the restoration sequence, preceding any pointing, patching, painting, and coating. This process uses pressurized water, but detergents can also be used as needed. Not only does cleaning provide aesthetic improvement, but it also removes harmful pollutants, stains, and biological growth while revealing weaknesses that would show up in the future.
REPAIRS
Repairs are essential to maintain a buildings exterior and keep the structure looking its best, but they also prevent more costly damage in the future. Repairs can include pointing, patching or replacing stone or brick, flashing, roofing repairs, gutters and downspouts, as well as grading and drainage.
SEALANTS
Polyurethane or silicone? Solvent base or water base? Penetrating or coating? Sealants are tricky since there are so many products on the market. Luckily Crane understands the differences and can choose the correct sealant for your specific application.
